Senior Project/Program Manager

The client operates two integration platforms in parallel: Boomi, the approved enterprise iPaaS standard, and Blueway, a legacy platform hosting approximately 75 integration flows across multiple markets. This Demand initiates a structured program to fully decommission Blueway by migrating all remaining flows to Boomi, following a redesign-led approach with DataHub introduced into the target architecture where required by client's Data Strategy.

The program is time-critical: Blueway 6.2 reaches end of vendor support in 2026, runs on components with active security vulnerabilities already flagged internally.

We need a very seasoned PM that has a proven track record in managing this type of highly complex projects. Given the vast amount of testing involved and business critical applications that depend on this integration platform, stakeholder management and driving project collaboration across all related parties is key.

We are seeking a visionary and highly disciplined Senior Program Manager to lead the complete sundown of our legacy integration platform (BLUEWAY) and orchestrate the seamless migration of the existing business-critical interfaces to the new modern iPaaS architecture (BOOMI). As these integrations are the lifeblood of our business-critical operations - supporting supply chain, commercial operations, and manufacturing - flawless execution and zero business disruption are mandatory.

• End-to-End Program Delivery: Direct the overarching program strategy, planning, and execution for the Blueway-to-Boomi migration, covering all interfaces.
• Risk & Interruption Mitigation: Ensure absolute zero failure or data loss during the transition. Establish rigorous testing protocols, rollback procedures, and contingency plans.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Own the executive governance and reporting. Provide clear, data-driven status updates directly to the CFO, COO, and CIO.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee program financials, manage vendor contracts, and align cross-functional technical teams, architects, and third-party implementation partners.
• Business Readiness: Partner with global business units to minimize operational downtime, ensuring smooth cutover phases with zero impact on supply chain or daily operations.

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive IT program management experience, specifically leading large-scale enterprise integration and legacy sun-downing programs.
• Technical Fluency: Deep, hands-on understanding of integration platforms, with proven experience specifically deploying or migrating to Boomi.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry. Familiarity with FDA/GxP compliance is strongly preferred.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical milestones into clear business and financial impacts for C-level leaders (CFO, COO, CIO).
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications are highly desired
• Experience in running integration platform sunsetting & migrating to a new platform is an absolute must
• Sound technical understanding of integration platforms BOOMI and BLIUEWAY is a must
• Given the vast amount of applications that depends on our integration platform testing will be extremely challenging; experience in running global testing cycles across multiple applications is a must
