Front-end Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to design, build, and improve reliable, accessible, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams, taking ownership of frontend features from refinement and implementation through testing and release.

• Design and develop responsive, maintainable, and user-focused frontend features.
• Translate product requirements, UX designs, and acceptance criteria into high-quality software.
• Take ownership of features from backlog refinement through development, testing, and release.
• Build reusable components and maintain clean, well-structured frontend code.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Implement consistent loading, validation, error, and empty states.
• Write and maintain automated tests, including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering standards and best practices.
• Ensure applications work consistently across supported browsers and devices.
• Apply accessibility standards and support improvements in frontend performance.
• Investigate frontend defects and production issues, focusing on root-cause resolution.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Identify and communicate technical debt, reliability risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Share knowledge through documentation, technical discussions, pairing, and support for newer team members.

• Professional experience developing modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and Redux Toolkit.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser fundamentals.
• Experience building reusable components and maintainable frontend applications.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful, GraphQL, or equivalent APIs.
• Good understanding of client-side state management and asynchronous application behavior.
• Experience with automated frontend testing, including Playwright.
• Understanding of unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and package management.
• Experience with Git/source control, collaborative development workflows, and code reviews.
• Understanding of clean code, modularity, maintainability, and separation of concerns.
• Awareness of web accessibility, frontend performance, and secure frontend development practices.
• Ability to diagnose frontend issues using browser and development tools.
• Ability to independently deliver moderately complex frontend functionality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems or shared component libraries.
• Familiarity with micro-frontends and/or server-side rendering (SSR).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and accessibility testing tools.
• Experience with frontend performance monitoring, logging, analytics, or error-tracking tools.
• Experience supporting applications in production.
• Exposure to CI/CD, containerized environments, and cloud-hosted applications.
