Senior Project Manager

Project engagement: 4–6 months

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience successfully leading complex projects within multinational organisations, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a pivotal role for a true builder and leader – someone who anticipates challenges, implements solutions before issues arise, and thrives in fast-paced, international environments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies before issues materialise.
  • Build and implement effective project frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless delivery across borders.
  • Navigate multinational regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical compliance and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, and innovative solutions across project teams.
  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and delivery.
  • Champion a safety-first approach and ensure high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • 10+ years of proven Project Management experience within complex, multinational organisations.
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of sector-specific regulations and requirements, including GxP.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing project frameworks from the ground up.
  • Strong proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at different organisational levels.
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and strong cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.

We offer:

  • Participation in interesting and demanding projects.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A great, non-corporate atmosphere.
  • Possibility to work remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).
  • Opportunities for development and promotion.
  • Attractive package of benefits.

We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
