Personal data specified in the Labour Code or other legal regulations (e.g. your name, surname, date of birth, contact details, education, work experience) or data necessary for taking actions prior to concluding an employment or civil law contract are processed by The Data Controller in order to fulfil its legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or due to the necessity to take actions prior to concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and their provision is necessary for taking part in the recruitment process. If you agree to participate in the current recruitment, your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the recruitment process for which you are applying. The assessment is based on test results. We will only conduct testing and profiling for this purpose with your consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); (b) analysis of candidates in Traffit: using various search filters and candidate labels, candidates are assessed in terms of their qualifications, skills and work experience for a specific job.
