L. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1) -, please be informed that: The Controller of your personal data is Transition Technologies MS S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (00-801) at Chmielna 69 Street (hereinafter as the: Controller). Contact with the Controller is possible by phone at +48 22 378 45 58, or by email at: rodo@ttms.pl. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process. By sending the electronic form and its attachments, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process and for a period after the recruitment process has ended, in order to use your application in the re-recruitment process for the same position - for a total period not exceeding 12 months. Consent includes personal data that are not specified in the Labour Code or other legislation, or that are not necessary for taking actions prior to the conclusion of an employment or civil law contract (e.g. your photo, interests, additional information). Personal data indicated in the Labour Code or other legislation (e.g. your name, surname, date of birth, contact details, education, work experience) or data necessary for taking actions prior to the conclusion of an employment or civil law contract the Controller is processing in order to fulfil a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or due to their necessity to take actions prior to the conclusion of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and their provision will be necessary to participate in the carried out recruitment. If you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of participating in future recruitment processes carried out by the Controller, your personal data will be included in a database and kept for a period of 24 months from the date of submission of the electronic form and its attachments. If you do not wish the Controller to process any additional data about you, please do not include it in your documents, including the electronic form. The recipient of your personal data is Traffit sp. z o.o. (the provider of the recruitment system). If you have given your consent to participate in recruitment processes carried out by companies of the Transition Technologies Group, the recipients of your personal data will also be Transition Technologies S.A., Transition Technologies PSC S.A., Transition Technologies Advanced Solutions Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies-Software Sp. z o.o., Promison Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies Control Solutions Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies Science Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies-Systems Sp. z o.o., TTMS Nordic A/S, Pixel Plus AG. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal). The declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data requires its submission in writing to: Chmielna 69 Street, 00-801 Warsaw with the annotation GDPR, or by sending an e-mail to: rodo@ttms.pl, along with an indication of the consent to which it relates. In order to carry out the recruitment processes effectively and to select the candidates best suited to a specific job position, the Controller may use processes based on profiling. Profiling consists in assessing (analysing or predicting) your qualifications, skills, professional aptitude or other characteristics that are relevant for the selection of a candidate for a specific job position. In any case, the assessment does not lead to automatic decisions regarding your participation in the recruitment or the results of the recruitment. The Controller shall use profiling in the following cases: (a) Conduct competency testing: The Controller assesses your qualifications, competencies, skills and aptitudes for a particular job. The assessment is made on the basis of test results. We will only conduct tests and profiling for this purpose with your consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); (b) Analysis of candidates in Traffit: using various search filters and candidate labels, candidates are assessed in terms of their qualifications, skills and work experience for a specific job. The assessment is carried out on the basis of the information provided by the candidate in the application documents (e.g. CV, application form), in which case the Controller carries out profiling on the basis of his legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists in finding and grouping the candidates best suited for a specific job. Due to the international nature of the Controllers's business, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area. Any transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area will involve the Controller implementing solutions to protect your rights and freedoms. The transfer will be made on the basis of the safeguards permitted under the GDPR, i.e: (a) to a country for which the European Commission has issued a decision on the adequacy of the level of protection provided for personal data (Article 45(1) GDPR), or (b) using the standard contractual clauses referred to in Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority (Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. *We would like to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928), Transition Technologies MS S.A. has implemented an Internal notification procedure, available at ttms.com
